Microsoft has announced two analysis tools for security wholes: BinScope Binary Analyzer and MiniFuzz File Fizzer. The first one checks for forgotten security flags and the second checks against flow patten.

There is a nice paper about risks in cloud computing:

Recently a collegue found a nice product: Linux MCE. This is an Ubuntu Linux based MediaCenter. In a „big“ installation you have a server to which your media devices (TV, VCR, DVD, …) can connect and show/share the media content. You can control the system with your bluetooth mobile or a gyro mouse … up to the scene that the running movie is following you (your mobiles BT signal) from room to room in your house …
